WRE Housing provides a safe, structured, and substance-free living environment for adults in need of stability. All residents are expected to follow house standards designed to promote respect, cleanliness, personal responsibility, and a positive community atmosphere.
WRE Housing maintains a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana, and unauthorized substances on the premises.
To maintain a stable and controlled environment, visitors are not permitted on the property.
Residents must be inside the home by:
The kitchen closes at 8:00 PM each evening. No cooking is permitted after that time.
The residence provides one twin bed per resident in shared rooms.
Televisions are allowed in the shared living room only. No televisions are permitted in bedrooms.
For safety purposes, cameras are installed in common areas only. There are no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.
Residents must complete assigned household responsibilities and help maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces.
Residents are expected to clean up after themselves, maintain good personal hygiene, and keep beds, couches, and shared furniture clean at all times.
Random drug testing may be conducted when necessary to maintain a substance-free environment.
Residents must maintain employment, actively seek employment, or participate in an approved stability plan.
Vehicles must be parked in designated driveway or garage areas only.
Residents are expected to treat all housemates, staff, and visitors with respect. Aggressive behavior, harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate discharge.
Serious violations may result in immediate discharge from the program.
